Finds Out Who Really Hates You

Applying Industrial Organizational Psychology In Your Life
The first question you should ask yourself is "Are they really hates me?", it's hard to know which of your coworker that hate you the most because they are adults, it's not like High School when people can just say mean things in front of your face. But if you ever notice one of this thing happened, you should be prepared to face the facts that you're annoying person.






1. You Have The Feeling That They Don't Like You.




It's hard to explain the feeling, but you just feel like they have a problem with you. Maybe that's just you being paranoid, but notice if you are the only one who treated differently, then i'm sorry to say that those feelings is right. Don't worry, maybe you are just accidentally make them hate you.





2. They Avoid You And Short With You.




Do you notice that people don't want to sit with you in the cafeteria, never got invited to their social events, they even making rumors about you. And also that moment when you're trying to greet them and they just giving you a little smile and then they roll their eyes on you. At this stage, you are totally not a fun person to put it mildly. Because we are not talking about one or two coworkers here, we are talking about 7 maybe 10 coworkers.




3. No social interaction and constant disagree




You've been there for months but no one asked you about your life, your kids or what you do to have fun? That's a sign that saying you are not one of them, maybe they reject you or maybe you just dont belong there. The problem is that no one feel close enough to ask you about your personal life, is that a problem? Ofcourse, connection on a personal level is important to maintain the relation between two people.
And another situation when you're in a meeting and you speak up about your ideas but they constantly shoot down every words that comes out from your mouth? Well maybe your ideas are stupid or maybe their dislike is so strong that they are biased against anything you suggest, even when it's a great idea.
