Now that You know Why Your Coworker Hates You, it's time to be fabulous. After you are done fixing your personality problem, you should start pleasing people around you. It won't kill you to act like you care, like you're agree with their ideas just to make sure they are happy around you. Eventually your coworkers will start to talk to you about their opinions because they assume you will agree with them. Here's another way to Become Liked At Workplace.
1. Spare Your Money
When you see that your coworkers having birthday, go to the gift shop and give them cards or something so they know that you do care. Make sure that you smile and look as glad as you can when you give it to them. Or maybe you can ask some of your coworker to the club just to have fun and have a bonding moment with them. Having fun together is the most awesome way to make people feel close to you.
2. Giving a Compliment
Saying something like "you look good today" or "you smells good, what is it?" could be a massive mood booster for the other. Obviously don't give too much compliment to everyone, 3 is the maximum number of compliment you can give in one day in order to keep the quality of it.
When someone's on the phone talking about personal business, don't ever ask anything about it. Even if you accidentally heard about it, try to act like you know nothing (Jon Snow?). And you should learn to notice when peoples face expression is getting uncomfortable or awkward, you can change the subject or you can make excuses to leave before things getting uncomfortably awkward.
And also when your coworker still working in their cubicle, don't start unimportant conversation like "hey, did you watch Game of Thrones?". They are busy with their job so don't break their focus.
3. Respect Others Privacy

4. Listen and Remember
Listening to others problem is something everyone should do, don't give them solution to their problem unless they ask you to because most people just want to be heard, not corrected. And you can make some note on your calendar about birthday or any anniversary of your coworkers, and make sure they know that you remember. Listening and remembering shows that you value every conversations and every time spent with them, which in turn will make them to value every little bit of bit of their time spent with you.
